I’m Alexis - I have just joined the Pink Team!
I’ve come across from Sydney, Australia to explore the ‘Big Apple’. I completed a Bachelors degree in Ecology back home in Australia and wanted to take some time to explore outside my own backyard. Since travelling previously across North America I found myself drawn to the vibe and style of Manhattan. So have temporarily relocated and LOVING IT – I’m glad to spend my days indulging in the inspiring landscape that is NEW YORK CITY. Getting around the City is easy as ‘Pink in the City’ is in a great location. So I can easily jump on the famous ‘subway’ visiting all the different neighbourhoods.
They say it’s the City that never sleeps – and that’s what I love about it. There is always someone doing something or going somewhere! There is so much to do in New York City from museums to nightclubs. But the simple things can sometimes be the most pleasant - I know I will spend many an hour hanging out with a coffee in Central Park (which is just down the road from us here at ‘Pink in the City’).
I would recommend this city to everyone – it has a little something to inspire the New Yorker within us all.
